PMS, RMS, CRS, channel manager — configured, monitored, and kept honest.
Properties losing revenue to system drift.
The single most common revenue leak in U.S. hotels is not pricing strategy — it is rate parity failure, restriction drift, and CRS/PMS mis-synchronization. We monitor and fix these at the configuration layer, not the symptom layer.
- Daily rate parity scan across all distribution channels
- Brand extranet configuration audit (per brand family)
- RMS configuration review and tuning
- CRS & PMS integration health monitoring
- Channel manager sync verification
- OTA content audit (rate plans, restrictions, descriptions)
- Third-party system integration support (Signature tier)
The parity scan report.
A weekly automated scan of every distribution channel against your direct rate, with exception alerts when any channel deviates outside the parity tolerance you set. Delivered as a one-page weekly summary with a remediation log.
Pair this with the rest of the system.
No discipline lives in isolation — the cadence is what compounds the value.
Questions about this service.
Do you replace our channel manager or RMS?
No. We work inside the tools you have. Where the tools are insufficient, we will recommend a change — but we do not resell or earn commissions on hospitality technology, so the recommendation is based only on operational fit.
Can you fix wholesale and OTA rate leakage?
Yes. Wholesale leakage is one of the most common root causes of parity exceptions. We trace the leak to its source (contracted wholesaler, opaque OTA repackager, etc.), document it, and route remediation through the brand or directly to the OTA partner as appropriate.
Do you handle CRS integrations for new-build openings?
Yes — Signature-tier engagements include pre-opening CRS, PMS, and channel-manager configuration support. We work alongside your IT vendor and brand opening team.
What about review-site content and brand-page optimization?
The OTA content audit covers rate plan setup, description accuracy, photo set completeness, and amenity tagging on Booking.com, Expedia, and Google Hotel Ads. We do not write marketing copy, but we ensure the listings reflect the property accurately and consistently.
Is this available standalone?
Daily parity monitoring is included at Signature tier. A standalone fixed-fee systems audit is also available as a one-time engagement — typically two weeks, written deliverable, $7,500.
