IDeaS G3 in IHG configuration is sensitive to the upfront configuration choices — particularly the demand-calendar baseline and the segment-priority hierarchy. We tune both during onboarding. Staybridge Suites and Candlewood Suites have a length-of-stay strategy that the brand default does not always optimize for; this is the most common single change we make on extended-stay engagements.

Do you handle both transient and extended-stay IHG brands?
Yes. Transient (Holiday Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Crowne Plaza, voco, Indigo) and extended-stay (Staybridge, Candlewood, Atwell) brands have different revenue strategies and we work both. The extended-stay LOS strategy is a distinct discipline we cover during onboarding.
Are you familiar with the Avid and Atwell openings?
Yes. Both have pre-opening engagement patterns we have run, including the year-one budget build and the rate-strategy starting position. Atwell Suites in particular has a length-of-stay rate-fence structure that benefits from deliberate strategy.
