Do you replace our existing revenue management system, or work alongside it?
We work alongside it. Barnhill does not sell software. Your existing RMS, PMS, CRS, and channel manager stay in place — we operate them more effectively on your behalf, and where appropriate we recommend configuration changes inside those tools.
Do you require a specific RMS to engage?
No. The firm is RMS-agnostic. We work in Duetto, IDeaS G3, Atomize, BEONx, Pace Up, RoomPriceGenie, Yieldplanet, the brand-supplied RMS where applicable, and the brand extranets where no third-party RMS is in use.
How does the dedicated-strategist model actually work?
Every property is assigned a named strategist at the start of the engagement. That person owns the daily review, runs the weekly call, writes the monthly STR review, and is reachable directly by email and phone within four hours during business hours (Signature tier).
What is included in the two-week onboarding audit?
The audit covers: PMS configuration review, RMS/CRS configuration review, rate plan and rate structure review, channel manager and OTA configuration, BAR ladder review, comp-set composition review, last-12-months STR performance review, segment-mix review, and a written audit memo with prioritized changes.
Do you offer pure consulting, or only ongoing management?
We offer both. The retainer tiers are the ongoing-management product. Standalone audits, comp-set evaluations, budget builds, and pre-opening strategy work are available as fixed-fee consulting projects.
